We do laptop repair in-house and our ACER trained technician has
15 years experience repairing laptop computers.

MAXIMUM 2 HOURS LABOUR CHARGE FOR ALL LAPTOP REPAIRS
FREE LABOUR IF YOU HAVE ONE OF OUR LAPTOP SERVICE AGREEMENTS
This means you only have to pay up to a maximum two
hours labour if it takes us longer to fix it! Even
if it takes us four hours, you only pay for two!
BUT, most jobs we can do for one hour
labour = that's only $99.

Our Laptop Service Agreement allows you to:
- Have peace of mind concerning any problem with your Hardware & Software.
- You are able to Phone us to discuss Software problems within our normal hours.
- Know that you can drop in to our workshop for laptop repair without notice.
- Be confident that we will look after you and your needs, even if you caused the problem.
REMEMBER :
When you have a problem, it probably will not be a warranty problem!

* Manufacturers Warranty only covers parts faulty in manufacture and NOT Software or drivers.
Historically, 90% of problems are labour only and would not be covered by Warranty.
